everything was perfect, welcoming service, magnificent location really close to historical sites and monuments, all the major attractions and roman arena. the stuff was excellent, amicable all the time. the room was new-fashioned, i had a great breakfast.

The breakfast is great, includes a good choice of meals. The staff are impeccable and very kind and deserve a 4-star rating...

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, close to EVERYTHING. You can easily walk to the restaurants, shops, and even the Arena. The staff are also very helpful, providing us with lots of great tips for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the comforts you need. I especially loved the room with a terrace, where I could enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. And the fact that breakfast is included is a great bonus.

The only minor thing I noticed during my stay was the squeaky main entrance door early in the morning. But overall, everything was great.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay in a wine-themed hotel. Got some complimentary wine and snacks that were awesome. the location of the hotel is fantastic - super close to major attractions and restaurants. the interiors of the hotel are unique and inviting.

The noise from the street and hallway was too loud which disturbed our sleep. the breakfast offered is not enough for a full meal and you have to pay extra for additional food.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a cozy hotel with a great location, just a few minutes walk from the city center. The breakfast was delivered to our door in a hamper box at a time we chose, which made us feel pampered.

The shower was located in an alcove corner of the bedroom, lacking privacy when sharing with family and friends. , the air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning, and there was difficulty maneuvering in and out of the car park due to the old palazzo's structure.
